International Currency Exchange (ICE) currently has exciting opportunities for VAT Refund Consultants to join the team based at Edinburgh Airport. Working within a small team you will be responsible for processing VAT refunds for Non-EU citizens leaving the UK.
Full training will be provided however the following experience and skills are desirable:
Cash handling experience
Demonstrated knowledge of sales and customer service standards
Ability to demonstrate a high level of attention to detail
Basic IT skills
Good numerical abilities

This will initially be based on a six month contract.
Remember it is essential you have Photographic ID to work at the Airport (Must be either Passport or Full/Provisional Driving Licence), 5 Year checkable history and you must be able to pass a basic disclosure check.
